The MICROSENS industrial switch offers the implementation of powerfull Ethernet network structures according to IEEE802.3u especially in production and automation areas.

With this switch it is possible to connect production systems like control systems, roboters and CNC machines which are having an intergrated Ethernet interface. Due to the use of the switching technology the connection is collision free.

All important parameters of industrial machines like a robust design, high availability and fail safety are given by the use of these high quality products. The switch offers the connection of up to four end devices with 10/100Base-TX. The ports are configuring itself to the speed of the connected devices (10/100 autonegotiation).

For the connection to the central distribution the switch has an integrated 100Base-FX uplink. Depending on the requirements this port can be configured in half or full duplex mode. The autocrossing feature of the switch detects the pinout of the TX port. This has the advantage that it is possible to use always standard patch cables.
